Accounting & Tax

Corporate tax registration and filing, VAT, bookkeeping and audit-ready records from a team that files hundreds of returns a year.

Overview

How we handle accounting & tax

Since 2023 every UAE company must register for corporate tax and file an annual return, whether or not it owes any. Free Zone companies keep their 0% rate only if they meet the qualifying-income rules and maintain audited accounts. Getting this wrong is expensive: late registration alone carries a AED 10,000 penalty.

We run your books monthly, file VAT quarterly, prepare your corporate tax return and coordinate the audit if your zone requires one, so you always know your position and never miss a deadline.
