1. Scope
This Privacy Policy explains how INCorp8 Business Setup Services LLC collects, uses and protects personal data when you visit this website or engage our services. We process data in line with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data and, where applicable, the GDPR for clients in the European Economic Area and UK.
2. Data we collect
Through this website: name, email, phone number, preferred structure, service and the message you send us via the contact or booking forms, your email address if you subscribe to the Founder Brief newsletter, plus the appearance preferences you choose (theme, colours, fonts and motion), which are stored only in your browser.
During an engagement: passport and identity documents, proof of address, bank statements, educational certificates, company documents, and other information required by UAE authorities and banks for licensing, visa and account-opening applications.
3. How we use your data
- To respond to enquiries and provide quotes.
- To prepare and submit applications to free zones, the Department of Economy and Tourism, immigration authorities, the Federal Tax Authority, the Ministry of Economy and banks.
- To manage your engagement, invoicing and compliance calendar.
- To send service updates and, with your consent, relevant news about UAE business regulation. You can opt out at any time.
4. Legal bases
We process data to perform our contract with you, to comply with legal obligations including anti-money-laundering and know-your-customer rules, and on the basis of our legitimate interest in running and improving our services. Where we rely on consent, you may withdraw it at any time.
5. Sharing your data
We share personal data only as needed to deliver your service: with the government authorities and free zones processing your applications, with banks you ask us to introduce you to, with approved auditors, typing centres, medical centres and translation offices, and with IT providers that host our systems. All third parties are bound by confidentiality. We never sell personal data.
6. International transfers
Your data is stored primarily in the UAE. Some of our software providers process data in the EU or United States under standard contractual protections. Where a UAE authority or bank requires information from your home country, we transfer only what is necessary.
7. Retention
We keep engagement records for a minimum of 5 years after the end of the relationship, as required by UAE anti-money-laundering regulations, and then securely delete them. Website enquiries that do not lead to an engagement are deleted after 12 months.
8. Security
Documents are collected through encrypted channels and stored in access-controlled systems. Staff access is limited to those working on your file. We do not accept passport copies over unencrypted email once an engagement begins.
9. Cookies and local storage
This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. It uses your browser's local storage to remember appearance preferences you set in the Customise panel. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which may record your IP address under Google's privacy policy.
10. Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, object to or restrict processing, and request a copy of your data in a portable format, subject to our legal retention obligations. Contact us at the address below and we will respond within 30 days.
