Saudi & GCC Expansion

Use your Dubai company as the base for Saudi Arabia and the wider Gulf: MISA licensing, regional headquarters, branches in Qatar, Oman, Bahrain and Kuwait, and the structuring that keeps it tax-efficient.

Overview

How we handle saudi & gcc expansion

The UAE is the natural launchpad for the Gulf, but each neighbouring market has its own licensing regime, local partner rules and workforce quotas. Saudi Arabia in particular now requires companies bidding for government work to hold a regional headquarters licence, and it rewards early movers with generous incentives.

We handle the full sequence: attesting your UAE documents, obtaining the Ministry of Investment licence, commercial registration, Saudization planning and the local bank account, with partners on the ground in Riyadh and Jeddah. For the rest of the GCC we advise on branch versus subsidiary and manage the filings through our vetted local agents.

FAQ

Common questions.

Still unsure? Browse the full FAQ

Can my UAE company own the Saudi entity directly?

Yes. A UAE company with audited accounts is a common shareholder of a Saudi LLC. Some activities require a minimum track record or capital, which we check before filing.

How long does a MISA licence take?

Once documents are attested, the licence typically issues in 2 to 4 weeks. Commercial registration, Chamber and bank add another 3 to 6 weeks.

Do I need a local partner in Saudi Arabia?

Not for most activities. 100% foreign ownership is available through MISA. Certain sectors such as some retail and professional services carry conditions.
